i got robbed at gun point the other day at this apartment complex. cars get broken into frequently and the surrounding neighborhoods are very suspicous. so much for a gated community. please do not stay here!!!!! im breaking the lease as i write!

Crime doesn't have an address. Unfortunately, it happens everywhere. This was a random act that didn't end here. However, do to the efforts of our staff the offenders were caught and charged with the crime. One of our team members went to the police station and identified them. We are also working closely with Phoenix Police and other area Managers to start a block watch program. We welcome any input from our residents, and maintain an open door policy with concerns.
