I've been here for approx 4 1/2 years, with a family, with my mate & I, and finally by myself. Over all, generally a good place. All apt complexes have their ups & downs and this is no exception. What's important is the management's response to all the circumstances.
This place has changes personnel (management) a couple of times but they have been on the plus side of responsive in most areas of needs. The current management and maintanence personnel perform well and are curteous & considerate. They also have implemented pro-active efforts to improve the place, such as beefing up security as needed, asking for response & suggestions to changes, a community calender of events and social happenings, web site, payment online, ect.
They also offer participation in a number of community needs and programs such as Tax Experts, Holiday gatherings, Block Home participation (Im sure I forgot a few). While I haven't partaken of much of these, it is nice they offer them and relects their geniune effort to make it a community home.
