I've lived here since June and have had basically no issues. The apartments are being converted to condominiums. The management does not really care now about the tenants and their parking issues. The back areas are not being tended, only the areas where the prospective buyers will be shown.
There is still a scorpion problem, but the second floor is not that bad. I have not seen a cockroach since I've lived here.
