I live there, and they take forever to fix broken items in the apartments. They also have a gym that is falling apart and they don't maintain it.

I have to respond to this because its so untrue. I talk to residents when I'm at the pool etc.. I have not heard one negative about the staff here or issues with the gym. I have lived here since it opened and I have issues with my neighbors not picking up after dogs etc..but not the property itself.
