The apartment was beautiful, but the tenants are so getto!! For a while my husband and I thought that the apartments were renting to Section 8; considering, there are two and three families living in one apartment. Don't be fooled by the apparence of the entrance, the apartment community is nothing like the intital appeal of the front office.

This is true lived their the first year that they opened we ran as soon as our lease was up good luck to you if you live here

I am a current resident 2006-2008. I will not presume to know what was going on here at Red Hawk apartments in 2005. I can tell you of my time here thus far, I have enjoyed living here. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance staff is red hot. I have only had one problem with noise that was quickly dealt with. I have not seen mutiple families living in the same apartment or drug deals, if I had I would report them to the security patrol or the police immediately. Come to think of it I have never seen any "ghetto tenants" either. I have nothing but good to say about the fair rent prices and the beauty of the landscaping and spacious interiors of Red Hawk apartments. Please take the time to read the many good reviews as well as the few bad ones and if you have a chance check the apartments out yourself and make up your own mind.
