We had a great apartment, we got an incredible deal, but otherwise we couldn't afford it. Apartment was very nice and clean, however we did have problems with dishwasher breaking down often.

Apartment was fairly quiet, and we never had a bug or crime problem (although there are lots of bugs on the sidewalk at night in the summer since the nextdoor field are being plowed for new apartments.

Management is prone to losing packages, but otherwise they are ok.

How does management lose packages if all they do is sign for them? If a package got lost of mine I would call the deliverer.
