We have been here just over a year and with in that year there has been numerous times the pools have been closed due to broken glass, a lady was robbed at gun point at her car, cops called due to fights. When we ask about renewing they lease they had no intention in keeping us, they have specials for new move ins but if you want to renew they so there is nothing for renewing. After one year they are raising the rent $100 a month. It is cleaned maybe once a quarter, pest control isn't done at all around the grounds and you can not walk around at night and feel safe at the same time. Oh and move out cost are high even though when we moved in the walls were not finished painted, there were chips of dry wall gone and the kitchen floor was dirty to the point where we still haven't gotten it clean, the shower head leaked, the toilet wouldn't stop running, and the bath tub won't hold water (they say it is because of clogged pipes). Wouldn't recommend it to convict.

I don't know what Red Hawk was like in 2005, but I am a current resident and have lived here since 2006. We have gotten great renewal deals, the management was gone to great efforts to keep us as tenants. Also, pest control comes every Wednesday and sprays, and will also come and spray upon request as well. As for move out costs being high...if you break your lease that is to be expected, you have to pay the rest of the legal contract that you signed! We have loved it here and have had no problems, maintenance cleans the grounds every morning for others' irresponsibility.
