BE CAREFUL WITH THE OVER CHARGES AFTER MOVING OUT. GET IT IN WRITING. I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY 1 YEAR AFTER MOVING. YES ONE YEAR LATER.
I WAS NEVER LATE ON RENT, PEACEFUL NEIGHBOR, BUT DID GET UP SET AFTER CAR ROBBERY BECAME CONSTANT. THE APARTMENT IS TOO CLOSE TO MAIN ROAD SO THIEF'S CAN GET A WAY. MANAGE IS RUDE AND THE PLACE NEEDS AN EMLOYEE OVER HAUL.
