I'm a travel nurse and moved here in December 2006. My company has me set up in a one bedroom. I love it! It's very roomy and clean and the patio is great! I've only needed one time to have the light in the kitchen ceiling fixed and the guy was at my apartment to fix it within the hour.

I love it so much that I've renewed my contract with my company and have chosen to stay here and get a 2 bedroom since my son is moving in with me for a short time and would like to make this my home. It's centrally located, close to shopping, restraunts, and the new stadium with all of the new restraunts coming in. The new mall will be coming in Goodyear next year...we will be close to it also! My son and wife live in Estrella so, I'm close to them. They are happy that I'm in such a nice, clean safe place.

The management has always been very helpful and friendly to me. When I was ready to change apartments to a larger one...they got right back with me and were very willing to show me anything that I wanted to see and give me all of the information I needed to make a decision based on what type of apartment would work for me and my son.

I'm sure some people have bad reviews but things happen everywhere.

I'm from a small town and I feel safe and at home and love it! The time I've been here I've felt safe with security around all night checking out the parking lots...and, honestly have felt like I lived in a resort type apartment.
