This is regarding the review I wrote titled " thank goodness I dont live here anymore" RedHawk, if it wasnt a hostage situation it was something, I saw the cops and I felt the building shake when they had to barge in the door with that big black thing. You guys are so full of it, and everyone should read the review I wrote to show the response they made and what an attitude they will get with you and how technical they will get with you. The bottom line is that the cops surrounded my building, yelled at me when I went out to smoke a cig, and shook the whole building. Oh and keep your carpets clean people they charged me 900.00 to change them out... thats what I thought pet rent was for, but again they like to get technical. Oh and charged me for light bulbs gone out that were out when I first moved in and maint. never replaced them.

I agree with you on this where is the safety of the other residents...I also agree they do not give a care what happens here after you sign your lease & are trapped. As for the gossip I cannot agree with you more on that. Horrible atmosphere whenever you enter the office here.

I suggest that you contact the Maryvale Police department for the details regarding the false claim stated above. You can also contact the leasing office for the phone number of the Crime Free Police Officer assigned to Red Hawk.
