I am currenty a resident here and have been for over a year. Well my little family decided to buy a house and move the hell out of here. Our neighbors on the third floor smoke pot every night and have parties. Also our neighbors from above have sex with their windows open for everyone to hear. I am sorry but I have children and they do not need to be hearing that stuff. Cars are always getting either stolen or broken into. Drunk ------- always make alot of noise at night when they come home from the clubs. Oh and here is the big one, about a week ago I contacted the office to check on how much it would be to break my lease. I spoke to a girl in the office staff and she quoted me 1,936.00. I asked her if that was it and she said yes that was all and there was nothing else that I would be charged. So I go into the office the other day and spoke to the apartment manager. Well that did not go well because she stated it was going to be 2,900.00 and some change. I could not believe it, almost three thousand dollars just to move out because we bought a home. I felt like we were being robbed. And yes I did argue with the apartment manager, but hey if you were getting charged that much wouldn't you. Well when that little meeting was done and over with the apartment manager told me with a very bad attitude to give her the benefit of the doubt. All I could do was roll my eyes because why should I give them the benefit of doubt when it is obvious that she was not giving it to me. I am just happy that finally I am moving out and I do not have to put up with all the crap and also I am especially happy that I do not have to put up with very rude staff. They don't know how to show compassion, all the know how to do is bend you over and screw you for more money for their company. Um "HELLO" we do not live in Scottsdale to be charging so much, we live in the west side.

I am also a resident here and feel as though you are not giving the right information. SHAME on you for not reading a legal document that you put your name on, Unless you are living here illegally.....I read the lease that I signed and there is an area that says what a lease break costs, Any complex that I have lived in has a lease break cost and it is never cheap and why would someone go buy a house without knowing ALL of the facts about what they are doing.. NOW BEFORE BASHING ANYONE PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF AND REALIZE WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND THAT MEANS THAT EVEN YOU MAY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE

This is to response to ashco2420. Are you sure you are not an employee? I also have been living here for a couple of months and the staff is rude. I guess in order to understand an individuals situation, you have to go through it first. Just wait until you get wronged and lets see if you still feel the same way.
