Just to tell you ppl who read this i see and i hear everything and alot of ppl talk to me about stuff im way to old to deal with the stuff that goes on and all you in the office see me once a month This company Red Hawk at Sheely Farms nor it's management tries to work with anyone but themselves. * We have moved from out of state & have resided here for 2 years. During this time their has been numerous car thefts as well as break ins. Not, only that but when you do park in the carport it is a nightmare b/c someone else is always in your stall. Over & over again calls were made to the office staff & ---- the Property Manager has not done anything about this. Then when you do park in the carport you end up getting door dings all over your vehicle.
*We live on the 1st level. Since we have moved in the neighbors above us sound like an elephant stampede every night. Then the neighbors across from us on the 3rd level have guest at least 3-5 times a week but they sprint up & down the stairwells it seems as the the building is shaking this always takes place around 11 pm to midnight. Once again on these noise issues the Property Manager ---- ----, advised they called & asked the neighbors to keep the noise down & if this persists they will be kicked out. **Their is a rule of respecting your neighbors & quiet time!!! Now, if you expect to get your maintenance service requests fulfilled please hold your breath. We have been waiting over 6 months for our towel bar to be put back into the wall. What did the Maintenance Supervisor -----------, say we are busy & short handed. That is nice if that is the case hire more help or take it up with your sister in law who is also, the Regional Manager for Red Hawk at Sheely Farms -----------. Not only does the Maintenance Supervisor live & work on site but his wife -----------, also works in the office as a leasing consultant. ****HUGE HUGE HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THIS COMPANY**** -----, on many occasions as I was in the office getting a copy of my lease or stopping by to pay the rent has had nothing but an attitude. With me & other residents. She is very rude, thinks she is the boss b/c half of her family works for this company. She flirts with residents...I was in the office in April, 2009 & heard her & a male resident pl---ing to have drinks. Wow, very unprofessional especially since she works at the same company as her husband & sister in law... how do i know this ppl talk hahaha.....Not, to mention the 2nd time I was present in the office she was gossipping about another c0-worker to a resident. She is very unprofessional & they all should be fired...When I say all I am talking about the Management --- & --------, the Maintenance Supervisor -----, Leasing Consultant -----, & the Regional Manager -----. I have spoken to many residents who have the same issues & concerns about the maintenance it is frustrating to feel like you have to do it yourself. Most other communities provide & stand by the 48 hour service guarantee, unless their is a specific issue which involves ordering a part that of course takes time & will exceed the 48 hour service guarantee.
Now, like many of us are all dealing with the economy & finances if you have a question regarding a balance due on your account and have to deal with -------- ---------, she is a bi^%$ who is the Assistant Manager here at Red Hawk...you get a nasty attitude from her & she is not pleasant do deal with. It seems that sometimes she leaves the office at 9 p.m. at night & she starts work many of time 8 a.m. in the morning. That is not normal hours for property management being as the office closes at 6 pm during the week & before 6 pm on the weekends. But, the frustration lies on her being so eager at times to be rude & harsh with some of us residents. Then you try to return her phone call & she c---ot be bothered then you play phone tag until you get told I will fine you for this or that. Please very unethical & pathetic. The occupancy at this apartment community is horrible. Hmm...I wonder why.
If I was a customer looking for a home & walked into leasing such as -----, gossiping about other employees, or residents why would I w---- subject myself to this negative environment' I have brought so many of these issues up with the Property Manager ---, nothing has been done. In fact, she is the worst gossiper of them all. She has no back bone to stand on & is basically there to let -----, & ----- run the show. I would not recommend this community to anyone I know no matter how low the prices go. We are moving to a more positive place. I mean here the nice thing about it is the landscaping & the pool. It is very aggravating that for the last 3 months one of the BBQ's is not working and the damn poo jets dnt wrk by the large pool in fron t of the office I did put a request in to have it fixed...I just went their 2 days ago & to my surprise it is still not working. I have also, had a positive experience working with ------, in the office. Any issues or concerns I have had he has brought to upper management & I understand there is so much he can do that the superiors above him choose to turn the other way & not deal with at all. As a resident you want
to make sure the issues or concerns are addressed & like service requests taken care of but I can honestly say I will never ever live at any of these properties again with this management company. Horrible & worst experience ever. They are just unprofessional, no good communication what so ever, lack of accountability to fix or handle issues, poor management on site. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO RENT HERE THAT IS FOR DAMN SURE. I was not being a nag but informed them of the issues that occurred during our stay here but it is like talking to a wall. So when things do not change you find a solution. That is what we did.....MOVE...

Contact Management is this a joke, not the non-existent management are you serious. Alot, of us neighbors do hear & see what goes on when we have to deal with management. When we speak to each other whether it be inside or outside the office or by the pool.
