The only reason I am leaving this wonderful place is because I bought a condo; I will continue to recommend this property to anyone. The staff has been like family to me as I did not know anyone in Phoenix prior to moving here. When my mom came to visit she was impressed with grounds and the staff WANTED to meet her! I have had timely attention from maintenance the few times I needed them to unplug drains, and when the apartment next door flooded, leaking into mine, they did a fantastic job in a very short period of time. I have never had a problem with parking or noisy neighbors, and the security guard who introduced himself to me one night was very attentive. If I had not bought a condo, I would have upgraded to a 2 bedroom.

So full of ----! Every time there is a rating entered by a REAL resident, shortly after that seems to follow one that is claiming how AMAZING the place is. It s -------- and you know it. Maybe if you stupid ------- would do something other than write fake ratings, you could actually focus on your job and fix the problems. Seriously, like anyone believes this! LOL~

I agree with the lies that maintenance here is so GREAT...please maybe if your related to the maintenance supervisor perhaps. Come on people this place is very poor with the management staff as well as maintenance. Yeah, the grounds are nice but that is abt it. They do not give a care abt any issues you will face living here. The STAFF you say the STAFF that is so eager to gossip abt alot of us residents please. Sarah, in the office is the biggest gossiper in this place. Trust me on that. These people please know that living here is horrible. They act nice to ur face & stab u in the back. Yes, I am speaking of the ladies in the office.

all the same, people that git rubbed the wronge way at any apartment do this kinda complaining. I have live in all kinds of places and you just have to learn how to work with the staff and learn haw to get what you want out of them. yelling and biching wont get you anything anywhere not here not at your parents no place. If you need a light bulb buy one, somthing broke get it fixed, you mess it up your going to have to pay for it.
