You will never find complete happiness in any thing you dont have full control over. This community is very nice. The ammenities here are great. My family rents a 3 bedroom and we are very satisfied. My complaints would be that I cant paint my walls, the community is not gated, and the dogs in the homes behind us bark all night, but the good outweighs the bad. The apt size is great. The landscaping is great. I am a little surprised to hear that management is gossiping about the tenents, especially when the negative talk is about Sarah. Sarah has been the only member of management since Christina left that has been helpful, understanding and easy to deal with. I prefer to deal with her over anyone else in the office. She is straight foward, to the point and gets the job done. Anne is the the manager, but it is true that she is quiet and always serious. She not very involved publicly in the community, but my interaction with her has been ok. I didnt get attitude or anything. In other words we dont really know her that well. I am satisfied with the community overall as a whole.
