Here is what I want you all to know.

I am a very recent past resident and I do know some inside information.

What you will find is that the management of this complex will rebut the bad reviews because their year end bonuses depend partially on these types of reviews and websites. Although a small factor in figuring their bonus, it is considered. So when there is a bad review that brings the rating down they will reply with a good one.

Look, here is they truth and a fact of life, good reviews will be farther and fewer between because bad news always gets the attention,

Think about it, if the complex wasn't full of issues why would anyone (including myself) take the time to write about it so others would know and be fair warned before they make the same mistake that we did.

Stay away, there are MANY other apartment complexes in the area that will be much better to live in.

BOLO! I feel another "positive" review coming after this REAL one! Every time, never fails! Thanks for being honest and telling it like it is! Let me take a stab at the next review..."the staff is so wonderful! I will never ever leave this place because I am a complete idiot! I LOVE the fact that I have a drug dealer right here in my own building!"

You said it too much cockroaches, silver fish, water bugs & black widows. I agree that this place is not the business. Please advise anyone planning to move here don't this place is a hell hole. So is the management. So happy to see alot of people are speaking out abt the same issues we are all having. By the way the noisy neighbors & the pot heads that live above & below us are getting annoying. You can smell them smoking from a mile away. Nasty.......

Sounds like they are getting rid of the rif raf!!! Yeah! I'm not one of the management....but I am a professional brought in from another state and I'll stand by what I said...it's a nice place...resort like setting...Ann, Sarah, Christine.....they are all nice and very helpful...the maintenance was always there willing to fix anything and got it done right away....some people aren't happy .....no matter what....if you're out of there...stay out! Including thier website! What are you getting out of being a negative hateful person?!!! Misery loves company I guess!

Personally, I took the time to write a review because I genuinely think the apartments are pretty nice. I've lived in a few places over the years - apartments down in TX, over in GA, up in CO, over in Mesa, and most recently at Broadstone further down McDowell (those were terrible ... don't move there). For this area, Red Hawk is a good value and are decent apartments. That's just my opinion.
