Hi, I feel badly for the previously 2 tenants . I know there are a lot of forecloses at Red Rox since I just purchased one to rent out as an investment property. I'll be renting it as I don't plan on living in it myself. If anyone is interested Its a one bedrooom on the main level overlooking the pond 802 sq ft. It will not be managed by the on site managers but rather a manager that was referred to me. If your clean, dependable, with the rent and have good references I have a place for you to rent.
