It could be worse.... From: aptrntr06 Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   For the most part this is a nice community though there are some problems. The property is well maintained, but there is constant construction as they are trying to make improvements. The apartments are being updated as tenants move out, but only a few things. They just recently put in a new guest parking lot which is not gated, but doesn't really matter since the gate never shuts anyway. I haven't heard or experienced any security issues as yet. It seems to be a relatively safe neighborhood. My neighbors are for the most part quite, but I can hear my downstairs neighbor when she talks on her phone and my windows are open. And you should know that this is a family community with a lot of children.
