I have been here right at 2 yrs, maintenance is a lil slow due to Pete & Jesus being just run to death. Great guys to have fixing your needs. Management is great, Jason works hard to make things right, gets a lil to involved with work at times. NEW Owners are great people and really seem to care about the appearance of the Property & Security. not afraid to spend a lil money to make it nice. all new security system on property. gates are a bit of a problem, drive thru sticks open now & then, walk in front enterance almost never shuts but a camera is actively watching. parking can be a pain in the butt at times if you have 2 cars. some residents drive through parking lot to fast at time. some cars sit for long periods of time taking up spaces that could be utilized better. these cars should be parked at the rear of parking area I think. no junk cars around. not a property with a drug problem issues like most properties, everybody knows if you live here So over all for me it is a great place to live, management is great, maintenance are super guys, super hard workers. Pete is A in my book. Clubhouse finally done and pretty nice, gym does need some kind of ventilation and a TV & maybe a stereo. So if you need a great place to call home, family friendly, with some kids then Regency Park is your place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Property. So come on in and take a look and call it home for yourself. ohh yea there is this 1 old lady that can be a pain in the ass at times
