Run don't walk away from these apts. I moved in in Jan. of 2000. I finally got out 4 months ago. I moved in to an apt. with a lot of damage...they hadn't even completed plastering a wall. The upstairs apt's toilet overflowed into my apt 3 times. Disgusting! A few weeks after i moved in all my windows in my car were smashed in. $500 out of pocket. My upstairs neighbor was arrested for being a pimp...no joke. The neighbors directly in front of me had a serious domestic violence problem...the police where there like every weekend. Most of the tenants are scummy and low class. They have a huge problem with groups of illegal aliens living in a one bedroom apts. I practically ran to my front door every night because the crime was so bad. We had a notice on our door every week of attempted rapes in the parking lots, and forced entry into apts. It was very frightening. 7th street and Bell is hit or miss....Remington Place is definately a miss....keep looking
