I moved in augest of 2005, i have had not one problem with noise, maintenance or anything, where my apartment is located is actually very quite. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that is annoying is the parking and the back gate shuts and you have to buy a remote for it and its a $25.00 deposit with a fee of $5.00 a month ( kind of a rip off)or you just have t go through the front. I have not seen or heard of any problems, and maintenace is very fast usually the same day. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
