Its an apartment what do you expect? Not everyone is drinking champange and driving BMW's. I have lived here for over 3 years and have not had any problems that are out of the ordinary. Rent is not bad and the complex is fine. If your looking for the Ritz move on. Some the reviews on here are a bit out there. OH MY GOD MY NEIGHBOR DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! MY NEIGHBOR WAS A PIMP! We live in the 5th largest city in America things are bound to happen. Overall the complex is fine. The only ongoing issue I have had with the complex is the maintenance crew has not been very timely for me. I wish they could fix this.
