The place is a dive for the money... But I guess it's a business so they like to keep it a dive and save money on maintanance. They allow pets but charge you EXTRA-RENT... guess they don't understand that Rover refuses to get a job! The light bulbs in the outdoor common areas and parking areas are always cutting on/off and never seem to get fixed. When you pay rent the staff loses your payments and posts notices/court-orders on your front door that threated to evict you. They later say they finally found your rent checks and the office staff has a problem with misplacing them... Bill,the manager, claims that he does not know anything that goes on in the office.

Right off the bat, before I even finish reading the review... how stupid are you? The management shouldn't charge more for a pet because your dog isn't capable of getting a job? You are such an idiot and have such low intelligence that I can't believe a single thing you say.
