I have lived here for almost a year now. I have lived in worse. This place has an awesome office staff and I do agree that parking stinks but usually if I know my friends or family are coming I park my car in a visitor spot and let them take my spot so not a big deal. The apartments are HUGE! I never have any issues with getting my apaprtment fixed. Rent is a good price. I feel safe here although yes the gates are broken a lot. I have to say though that sometimes the people outside waiting are delivery people or residents that forgot thier key. I love the pools and the hottub is covered and indoors. No complaints here other then my upstairs neighbors play their movies loud at night and vacuum at 12 midnight. Usually I wouldn't care but I have a 6 month old. I would recommened living here.
