Like someone mentioned in an ealier review yes the nieghborhood has declined significantly and that's for sure! With the onslaught of PayDay Loan Stores,Pawn Shops, and the Punks that stroll around the grounds and the Gate issues no wonder the MailBoxes are being broken into! The Scum's gotta find some sort of I.D. and what better way than the U.S. MAIL.
Other than that one downer- the place is rather well priced for the size of the units, the parking is adequate but are scattered with a bunch of beaters with illegal with Bogus Paper tags and way outdated plates that are a hazzard to even think they are on the road!
P.S.The Laundry Facility advertisted in the listing is soon to be NO MORE... Now they are going to make you rent your own Washer and Dryer at $28.00/mo. such a deal!
