I viewed this property about a month ago and compared all the pros and cons of Apts in a 15 mile radius and this by far took first place. The rent is great for the size unit you get and w/d are now included! Thats AWESOME! Parking is a bit scattered but like i said the pros outway the cons and that works for me. I am all moved in now and have been here for about 3 days. So far so good. I would recommend this to anyone!!!!!
Oh and a nice perk- THE OFFICE TEAM IS GREAT. ASK FOR RHONDA, SHE ROCKS!

Parking in any apartment complex is usually a ----- because Management of these developments refuses to acceprt the fact that they rent 1 unit with 1 assigned spot to multple occupants thus creating the problem that ensues! Lack of contol of safe/legal operable vehicles being left in open spaces just adds to the problem. Lately the problem of people leaving trash bags laying out in the hallways only to collect ants and fester in the heat until they eventually take them to the Dumpsters is just plain lazy,unclean, and "Trailer Trash" type of activities that should not be blamed on Management. You're right all things considered this place is pretty nice. And you're correct Ask for Rhonda she for sure Rocks! As for any of the office staff.

Hi, I read your review and wanted to know how you feel about the surrounding area. I'm a single female looking for a place so.....Is it safe, can you feel comfortable walking around? And do you feel like there is garbage lying around too? Thanks!
