Great place to live...

Remington place is an outstanding place to live. Nice apartment, nice quiet place (most of the time)
However, the gates work only about 50% of the time. I feel this is something that needs to be taken better care of.
The office staff is incredibly nice, and very helpfull. Maintenance crew gets the job done quickly, and efficiently.
1 complaint though: If you work nights, I would not recommend living here. The grounds crew starts at 0700 with chainsaws, weedeaters, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc, which, after a long nights work, and just going to bed about that time, can make a person crazy.
Other than that small thing, this place is awesome, clean, friendly. In a great location.
