I have lived here before in the past. I left to move in with a roommate who owned a house. I recently needed to find an apartment again. I looked throughout the neighborhood and found that Remington Place was still the best in the area. The management and maintenance crew are professional, the grounds are kept very clean and the trash containers are dumped often. With any apartment property their may be issues, where Remington Place stands apart is in the the professional conduct of the office staff in the pursuit of providing safe, clean affordable housing.

I have to agree with you it's a pretty good place as far as the nasty neighborhood goes.
