People who are complaining about dog issues, COME ON! How is it the offices fault if somebody has a mean dog' It's not like they are secretly watching everybody, and if they did, you would complain about that too! I agree, it sucks that dogs are being mean, but maybe you should be picking fights with the owners of the dogs and not the complex. I think its decent for the money. You can't expect much when you are paying so little and you have everything. You could go down the street to the crappy place at 35th and Thunderbird and not get a washer/dryer and if you want to see horrible management, check them out. At least at Renaissance they try to fix your problems. Maybe it doesn't happen immediately but they always explain why so at least you know there is some plan in mind. It does suck that they have a guarantee to fix things in 24 hours and it isn't always true, but its an apartment and things like that happen in apartments. At least you aren't paying to have things fixed. And why complain about landscapers' That has nothing to do with the complex. That's just a contracted company. Don't you people know anything' I will say sometimes there is questionble people around and I do wish they had actual security instead of that patrol company. They never seem to do anything, I just always call the non emergency number, and I feel bad bothering the cops when they have better things to do. But I think Renaissance is really pretty and definitely a good place for the price.

if a resident has complained about a dog attack it is their duty to ask the owner to remove the dog or to take measures in order to keep that dog from attacking other dogs. it says so right in the lease. the landscapers maybe a contracted company, but they are not supposed to start their work before 8am according to phoenix city law and there have been numerous occasions when i has looked at the clock and it has said minutes past 7am.
