I moved here to try and save some money, as rent was a bit cheaper than my previous apartments (The Retreat, which are a MILLION times better than Ridgegate). I think I made the biggest mistake of my life. The staff is made up of people who act like teenagers who are always chatting with their friends in the office. They don't seem to care about anything going on in the complex, or if anything is wrong with your apartment. The day I moved in, I noticed TONS of small damages in my apartment. All of which I told the office about several times, and none of which have been fixed. It's ALWAYS noisy - I cannot stress this enough. The people downstairs are constantly blasting their TV at max volume, or on other occasions they have their kids screaming and crying out on the patio. The noise is constant night and day. You will ALWAYS hear loud, annoying motorcycles, as it's right across the street from MMI. The noise I can at least try to deal with, but recently all I can smell is pot being smoked from outside. I'm not sure where from, but it's disgusting. I'd tell the office staff, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were some of the people smoking it. I hate this place and wish I never moved here. I don't work 13 hours a day to come home and have to deal with this garbage. NOT recommended.
