I have a 2 bedroom apt. My main issue at this community it's maintenace requests. It is a great big hassle to get something fixed here. 3 weeks after moving in I was missing a screen door it took me many calls and letters of warning to terminate lease from me and it took the office 3 months to get me a used screen door. Kitchen light fixture 1.5 months and 5 calls once a week, until I told them I would call a company to do it and forward the bill to them. Besides the maintenance issues and a new management in office, things seem to be improving. Security guys at night are very pleaseant, ample parking, quiet neighbors. Too bad things are improving when it's 5 months until my lease ends.

YOU THREATENED TO BREAK YOUR LEASE OVER A WINDOW SCREEN? Are you retarded? That is so petty!!

I threatened to break my lease due to "non compliance by landord" legally speaking. It was not just a door screen by poor maintenance work altogheter. By threatening to break the lease I got a screen door within a week, after 3 months of calls couldn't do it. Retarded are the people that allow management offices toss them around and treat them like trash just because they rent.

I have no idea where you have been living but it was not here. The office told me they thought the security & the car thieves were working together after my car was stolen. They took my car in pieces, 1st cd's,then stereo, then speakers, and at last my work badge, and my car.
