From: myrideauto@hotmail.com Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 3 responses   I have a 2 bedroom apt. My main issue at this community it's maintenace requests. It is a great big hassle to get something fixed here. 3 weeks after moving in I was missing a screen door it took me many calls and letters of warning to terminate lease from me and it took the office 3 months to get me a used screen door. Kitchen light fixture 1.5 months and 5 calls once a week, until I told them I would call a company to do it and forward the bill to them. Besides the maintenance issues and a new management in office, things seem to be improving. Security guys at night are very pleaseant, ample parking, quiet neighbors. Too bad things are improving when it's 5 months until my lease ends.
