You will regret moving here From: descrimanated Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived at Somerset Villa Apts for 2 years in which time the rent has sky-rocketed beyond the real estate of the area. After agreeing to sign a new lease with me and knowing I planned to stay, the day I planned to actually sign they sent me a certified letter telling me they were not going to renew. There is a serious decline in management since the new owners have taken over this March 2007. I recommended 4 people who did move in. I am actually glad I was forced to check out some other places in the same price ranges with much much better living conditions and amenities and management personel.
