This place was built with toothpicks

I have to agree totally with the post dated Sept 6. My cupboards don't shut correctly, the toilet is finicky, the bathtub makes random cracking noises hours after I've used it and every once in a while water comes pouring out the shower head. The buildings here are very poorly constructed... leaky pipes, uninsulated walls (all that noise from your neighbors comes pouring in and do you think the management will do anything about it' guess again). And wait until winter when the pipes in the walls start clanging loudly all hours of the night because they get too cold with no insulation in the walls. Won't get any sleep until next spring. Oh, and their constantly-malfunctioning parking gate closed on my car and tore off the rear bumper. There is no motion detection on the gate so there is supposed to be an arm in place that lowers before the gate closes so you don't get caught. Of course, the arm was missing for months because they are negligent about fixing things. The fitness center is closed regularly because pipes break above the the fitness center and drip drip drip into the gym. And the power goes out all the time in buildings B and C... hmmm.. you might be thinking this place is very old. Nope, built just a few short years ago... very cheaply. No standards. Go somewhere else.
