You can do better

Roosevelt Square is a pretty nice complex. The units are fairly upscale and the grounds are pleasant. The downtown location is nice. The challenge is with the management. They are, for the most part, rude and unhelpful. If Alliance would practice some basic customer service principals (ie: be courteous) it would help. There also seems to be a retention issue - the staff seems to constantly turnover; this results in lack of understanding of the property policies and procedures.
The maintenance staff is also sub-par. Repairs take days, and are often not done correctly on the first try. There seems to be a limited investment in upkeep - an existing faucet will be replaced with one of noticable lesser quality. This is just a disappointment...
Renting is not an idea situation and renters need to recognize that problems will arise will rental units. Alliance is excellent at making these problems worse with there approach to addressing them, almost everything feels like an argument or fight... A shame...
