I agree with the comments made within other listings (the negative comments). The location is nice and residents seem to be low key. But, the management is not helpful and tend to give differing information, which has specifically caused headaches for me in renewing my lease. In addition, they do not seem to value good paying and loyal tenants in their renewals.

I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. There are other complexes in the area that provide better quality units for the price. Roosevelt Square is nice on the outside, but the cabinets, appliances, etc. and living space are poor for the rent being charged.
