Overall, a Good Place to Live

Okay, this place isn't utopia, but it isn't the third level of hell like you have been reading about.
Parking- parking is pretty easy here, it's not really a big deal. The towing issues sucks, but it isn't RS doing it, it's the Gold Spot Market managment doing all the towing. To be fair, the spots ARE marked that they will tow, so it shouldn't be a surprise. If you passed third grade reading, you should be able to figure out the signs.
Now, for the dreaded office staff. I have to agree, they are pretty lame to CURRENT residents. While you are thinking about living here, they go out of their way to be good to you, take care of your needs, etc. Once you sign that lease, the honeymoon is over, and you're on your own. I HATE having to go to that office, they can be so snobby and weird, I have packages shipped to my office, so I don't have to deal with them. Once in a while they have nice people work there, but they don't last. Once they event lost my rent check, never let me know, and I was alerted to the problem when I was served with an eviction notice. I almost crapped my pants. You would think after living there two years, without being a day late, they would think it weird that I just stopped paying rent. That was a mess that was eventually dealt with, but it was a pain.
My upstairs neighbors are SO loud, I think they have a pro soccer team practicing up there. Additionally, they are the loudest sex partners anyone has ever heard. At first I thought Hannibal Lector lived upstairs, but then I realized they were screams of pleasure coming from this woman's mouth. To be fair, I haven't told them to chill out with the surrond sound or soccer practice (I don't even KNOW how to address the loud banging they're doing, that is a tricky one...)
Just do your homework before moving here. It is great living downtown, but I am looking forward to buyint my house. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
