i moved in in March and it had been very interesting.. I hear EVERYTHING my neighbor is doing below me.. I am on the top floor. One word of advice, DO NOT LIVE IN ANY UNIT FACING THE POOL. It is extremely loud.. they don't close the pool at any time so there are get togethers that last past 10 every night.
