I moved in to this complex about a year ago. The staff hasn't changed (unlike so many other places I've lived) and they address my dog and I by name. Whenever I visit the office I, just like everybody else that lives here, am offered gourmet coffee and a treat for my dog. I can always find easy parking, love the great features of the property and like the fact that R.S. caters its resident activities to the needs and wants of downtown clientele. I have met so many people at the First Friday functions in the leasing office and at the martini party they threw a month ago. I've lived in highrises in downtown San Diego and Atlanta and have had a better experience living here than anywhere. Unfortunately, a small group of unhappy neighbors (maybe 10 of about 1000 living here) have chosen to band together to complain about problems they've experienced. Vehicle got towed'''' R.S. didn't tow it. You parked in another business' parking area. Maybe you should try looking at the expensive signage that R.S. has clearly posted and it wouldn't be a problem.

The parking area where people are towed is IN the Roosevelt square building! They CHOOSE to lease that area to those ass hats that only tow people in the middle of the night for PROFIT! Those businesses have small business hours that certainly do not include the middle of the night!
