I lived at Roosevelt Square for two years and was very happy with my apartment. The apartment itself was very nice, quiet, and well-kept, and maintenance did a good job. However, there were constant complaints and problems with management, both from myself and neighbors. Things not handled promptly, things not handled at all, poor communication between staff members, etc. I'd be told one thing by a certain staff member, and then told something completely different by another. So yes, I might still recommend these apartments, but would warn to proceed with caution when dealing with management.
