management is awful and apartments are over priced. don't expect calls from staff to be returned once you move in. i lived there for 3 years and every year, regardless of whether the apartments were in high demand, rent went up $50-100 a month. try just north or south of roosevelt, west of central for locations for rent (not nessesarly large complexes) at much more reasonable price and much improved management.

I just renewed my lease and got $20 off my previous rent and $150 off of November.

I am with you, my rent went up $100 and got no specials whatsoever. Don't know who you are abondgal but fair housing violations aren't a good thing. The mgt. sucks and always will as long as Alliance stays in charge
