I live at Roosevelt Square and I work in property management so I know all about it.
I wouldn't live here if this wasn't an A property and run by a good staff. If you don't agree with the lease terms, all I have to say is make sure you read it, get a copy and walk your apartment before you sign. Also, with the parking, there are signs that say RESERVED FOR GOLD SPOT, not Roosevelt Sqaure residents. AGAIN, JUST READ IT! This is a great place to live! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

You sure you don't work for Alliance because their isn't a single nice employee working in that company, I also recommend looking at their track record with all their other apartments as well. The company has horrible customer service skills. I am also in property management and have never seen people treat their residents so poorly and disrepectively as I have seen Alliance Residential.

Interesting that this positive "review" comes from "Anonymous." I couldn't agree more with the other reviews about the management running this place- they're non-responsive jerks. When you ask them a question, they don't answer the question you've asked. Instead, they give you a non-responsive answer like, "you were charged X amount of dollars." OK, I understad how much I was charged, but what was I charged for? "You were charged X amount of dollars." Perhaps my favorite thing about the employees is that they lower their voice and speak slowly when providing you with a stupid answer to a question. My advice: don't go near this place. It's overpriced and unhelpful. Nothing ever works, the garage is constantly broken, there's ants crawling all over my apartment and the people that work here are morons.

Agreed. This the most mismanaged apartment community that I have lived in during my 13 years of moving and renting in different states and cities. Do not under any circumstances rent an apartment here. I can't say enough negative things about the management and problems with the apartments and amenities.
