No Parking, Lots of Crime & Bugs, Overpriced, But Good Location

The Good:
Roosevelt Square is right near the downtown. It takes me fifteen minutes to walk to work, which I love.
The Bad:
Even though the area is up and coming, it's still a long way from being finished. There's no nightlife in this area, but I expect this will change in a few years. However, right now it's dead.
The Very Bad:
The staff is unhelpful and really quite unfriendly. Honestly, the people that work there are not the brightest bulbs on the tree, which isn't really a problem until you need them to do anything, like get rid of the ants crawling all over my apartment. Or, fix the security to the parking garage, which is always broken. There are lots of problems with cars being stolen or having radios stolen. Also, you really pay for location. Based on what's out there, don't go near this place. It's not worth the price. You could get a much nicer apartment for a little more money or a much bigger and nicer place for about the same price if you're willing to move a few miles farther away from downtown. In a few years, this might be worth the extra money b/c there's a nightlife. Right now, no way. Construction's aplenty, so expect to hear trucks in the middle of the night (I heard beeping from a truck delivering equipment at 1AM last Tuesday night).
