If you live in Roosevelt Square Apartments, Building C, (address 1010 N 2nd Ave) you WILL be awakened by fire alarms in the dead of night. It has happened SIX times now. Incredibly loud alarms sound all over the complex after some idiot pulls the alarms. The fire department does not even show up anymore, it has happened so often. The building management is totally non responsive and could care less. Also, there is often a severe parking shortage in the attached building ramp when they fail to keep the gates functioning properly.

I am not a huge fan of RS either, but to be fair, what is management supposed to do about some ------- pulling the fire alarms? What is their fix? Also, Fire HAS to respond to the building, so you are incorrect there. I feel your pain, it does suck. |

I agree with this poster. I really had no issues with RS until the fire alarm thing started up about 18 months ago. I have asked them 3 times now what they plan on doing and they have not come up with anything. It's June 7 and so far we have had 5 late night / early morning fire alarms in Bldg C. It's pretty much impossible to get a decent night's sleep here. I am moving as soon as I can find another place to live. The management here is a joke.
