The location, park, views, and grounds maintenance are all really nice and well done. The grounds are well kept, there is a lot of lighting, the park is great if you have a dog, and the location is perfect if your wanting to be in the heart of downtown Phx. However, to get all that you have to put up with sub-par interiors (stained microwaves, outdated appliances, linoleum flooring, and stained carpets), management that doesn't communicate well and doesn't keep accurate financial records (even after I moved out I was still getting notices that I owed rent for months I hadn't even lived there, also they lost 2 checks and needed printed proof that the check had indeed been written and deposited), and slow response to maintenance calls. The apt. wouldn't be bad except that your paying to rent a luxury apt. and only getting the standard (the apts I lived in in college were nicer and more professional!)
I read reviews stating similar complaints about this apartment on this website before renting and I wish I had listend to them...
