This was the worst experience of my living conditions life. Fire alarms every other night that wake you up, homeless lying around and criminals and assaults and break ins, etc..... If you have a problem with your apt, it will take a few weeks and multiple complaints until it is taken care of. Also, there's a new face in the front office every week, so if you talked with somebody about one issue, they wont bother to pass it on or take care of it since they won't be there long. It looks great on the outside, but the last few months it turned very ghetto, lots of gangbangers moving in, 10 to an apartment, blasting their music at all hours of the night, drunks arguing at the wee hours of the morning. Don't let the facade of the paved brick sidewalks fool you, you'll regret it the first week in. Oh yeah, and to cap it off, I just got a 600 dollar bill for them to replace the carpet in my old apt., 20 days after I have moved out. Be carefull, the looks will fool you. And parking at night is a nightmare, impossible to get a spot! Overpriced hell hole, don't let the ''downtown'' get in your head, it's still bad, and there's nothing going on down there.

Yes, yes, and wait, there's MORE! It's only gotten worse since the posted review above. Don't you too be fooled by the b.s. fake smiles in the management office. They will say whatever you want to hear - until you sign the lease and move in. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WITHOUT SCRUPLES!
