Worst Management Company Ever

The building itself and its location are pretty good. Over all, I have no issues with the property except that it was starting to look a little run-down when I moved out with some broken doors and the like around the property. The gate to the garage was also routinely broken so there was little security for your vehicle.
In the 3 years I was there, I had little contact with the management with the exception of one issue: fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. In the last 18 months I was there, we probably had over two dozen false alarms. I seriously lost count. In the first week of June this year, we had 5 false alarms. That is when I decided I had to get out. The management would say nothing as to what was going on or what was being done to rectify the situation. Earlier in the year when the fire alarms were getting bad, management's "solution" to the problem was to offer a whopping $100 reward to anyone who could offer information leading to the conviction of anyone pulling the alarms. Seriously, they consider a building full of people's sleep to be worth $100.
Anyway the place is ok so long as you don't have problems, but if you do you will rue the day you ever got involved with Alliance Residential. They also take a rather disingenuous tactic of telling renters who are month to month that they need to give 60 days notice, despite the fact that the Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act states that a month-to-month lease term can be terminated with 30 days notice.
Anyway, if you never have to deal with management, it might work but I would not count on never having to deal with them. My advice: look elsewhere.
