For the cash you shell out it's amazing management can be so incompetent. Don't EVER have a package delivered here - 9 times out of 10 it'll be lost in the shuffle unless you physically pluck it out from their dismal closet. Don't EVER expect a decent night's rest - unless, luck be on your side, you get a quiet upstairs neighbor. (This only realized until they admitted a total lunatic of a neighbor - rap till four in the morning, domestic violence, et cetera. <-- Oh, and I also explained all of this to management ... as you can guess, didn't do me much good!) They've grown a little better in getting stuff repaired when something goes bonkers, but don't hold your breath.

The root of most of my frustrations has come from management. The units are wonderful, the location is absolutely fantastic, the community (in large measure) is sociable and easy to like. The pool is so-so (I've seen much better with some of the newer developments in Scottsdale), but it's in dire need of a whirlpool. The gym is one of the best I've seen with cable machines and plenty of free weights.

But again, to close on the point I opened with, for what I pay (and having lived here for 3 plus years) I don't management tries.
