I used the DVD lending library and thought it was a nice amenity.

Gym was great -- but the t.v's never worked.

The pool lights didn't work for the longest time and after numerous complaints, they were fixed. Sounds a little trival but was a safety hazard -- especially for my young kids.

I always paid my rent on time but received a eviction notice/threatening letter without so much as a phone call. I immediatley provided a copy of the cashed check but didn't recieve an apology.

The roof leaked and caused damage to the carpet. I wrote several letters to management to avoid dealing with this when I moved out, yet no one responded. It is unclear if I was charged for this as the cleaning/damage fees were not itemized.

I hated going into the office! Staff would completely ignore tenants and were generally unhelpful. I expected better service for the price.

Overall, ok experience, but my best piece of advice is to not trust the management!
