I ask this because that is when my lease is up. I've lived here approximately 2.5 years and it has gotten progressively worse in that time. The grounds are filthy - garbage cans full of dog crap that bakes in the sun and smells. They over-water the grass creating pools of mud (with reconstituted water) and a number of dogs in the apartments have gotten sick probably because of this. Many of the residents that have moved in over the past year are very young and the place has the feel of a college co-ed dormitory or a frat house - music blasting around the pool all weekend and in the morning there are beer cans, bottles, cups, etc. everywhere. What does management do in response' Instead of treating its residents like adults (maybe posting a memo or correspondence on each door), they lock everybody out of the pool area. Which feels like a breach of contract as this is part of what I am paying for. What else - the carpet is dirty, the cabinets and other fixtures are cheap, the maintenance is slow to respond. We went without air conditioning for two days when it went out. To top it off, my fob for the parking garage stopped working and rather than replace it for me I was told I have to buy a battery for it and replace it on my own. This place is cheesy.
