Over the past few years, the rent has been rising rapidly, but the service has been declining. They took out the laundry facilities, safety posts that were hit by cars have been simply removed, and the garage door is broken on a regular basis. They had my car towed from the garage (!) because I didn't use it over the winter. Nice location, horrible landlord.
