I moved in 3 months ago and love this place. The apartment is extremely clean, giant tub, big balcony, new carpets, etc. It is extremely quiet and everyone seems to be nice. I face a quiet courtyard - I would not want to live any where near the pool as the parties get to be too much especially on weekends. I could see things being maintained a bit better...the hallways and floors need to be cleaned and/or painted, but overall, the grounds are maintained well. All my snooty friends like it!
